Passport PDO - form of document that contains structured data about a particular potentially dangerous object.
Under current law (MNF Mandate of Ukraine № 338 of 18.12.2000, paragraph 17), the person in charge of PDO within thirty days after receiving the statement (administrative document) of territorial supervisory authority or responsible central executive authority regarding certification of PDO must submit designed passport to the territorial supervisor.
What would relieve supervisors of unnecessary work (preparation of the report), we recommend that you order the passport at the same time with such work as: «Identification of potentially dangerous object»
PDO passport is subjected to renewal every 5 years.
