Technical certification - a set of works by monitoring the technical condition, which is mainly using sensory methods and measuring equipment, the range of which is determined by the organizational and procedural documents and carried out in terms and in cases defined by regulations on labor protection, organizational and methodological and operational documents.
Types of technical certification
(TC):
Complex TC - complex of works to control technical condition, which is carried
out using sensory methods and measuring equipment.
Partial TC - complex of works to control technical condition, which is carried
out using only sensory methods.
Technical certification is carried out to determine the quality of manufacture, installation, repair, reconstruction and modernization; the quality of the conditions and terms of further safe operation of equipment, technical condition of the components and parts, check their conformance to technical requirements.
There are an initial,
periodic (regular) and extraordinary technical certification.
An initial TC is held for equipment before putting into operation.
Periodic (regular) and extraordinary TC is held in terms, defined by regulations on
labor protection, organizational and methodological and operational documents
of manufacturer.
