Calibration of non-destructive measuring equipment

Company partner SPE “Technical Center of diagnostics and expertise DIEX” has calibration laboratory - Department of metrological control of measuring equipment for non-destructive control.

Department of metrological control of measuring equipment NDT provides calibration of measuring devices in accordance with the scope of accreditation:

Calibration of measuring equipment for measurement types:

  • Measurement of geometrical quantities:
    •  
      • ultrasonic flaw detectors,
      • ultrasonic measuring of thickness,
      • thickness measurement of coatings
      • samples of sensitivities:
        • rengenographic,
        • magnetic testing
        • penetrant testing
        • ultrasonic testing.
  • Measurement of mechanical quantities:
    • dynamic and ultrasonic hardness testers
  • Electrical and magnetic measurements:
    • DC voltmeter (measures potential difference)
    • coercimeters.
  • Radiotechnical and electronic measurements

Department of metrological control of measuring equipment for non-destructive testing is accredited according to local standards and ISO/IEC 17025:2006.

NAAU is an associate member and a signatory to the bilateral agreement with the European cooperation for Accreditation (EA) and an affiliate member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ІLAC).

Calibration is performed in the range of scales and locations according to customer's request with computer processing protocols of calibration, calibration graphs and tables.

Calibration certificate issued to the customer, have information on traceability to standards of Ukraine, and in the certificate of unfitness reason is stated, if necessary, the customer is informed of the repair location of these equipment.

Calibration interval defined by the customer, taking into account the reliability of measuring equipment, and the intensity of their operating conditions in accordance with the guidance of ILAC-G24.

Quality of work provided is performed in accordance with local standards, ISO 9001 and ISO / IEC 17025:2006.
