Sectoral group documents

The leadership of the Sectoral Group of  Designated Conformity Assessment Bodies in accordance with the Technical Regulations for Transportable Pressure Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 04.07.2018 No. 536, was elected at the founding meeting of the Sectoral Group by Decree SG 536-001/2021-R dated 09.04.2021:

The regulation on the Sectoral Group of  Designated Conformity Assessment Bodies in accordance with the Technical Regulations for Transportable Pressure Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 04.07.2018 No. 536, agreed and approved at a meeting of the Sectoral Group by Decree SG 536-001/2021-R dated 09.04. 2021

The area of ​​responsibility of the Sectoral Group is an annex to the order of the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine 03.03.2021 No. 41.

The structure of the Sectoral Group is annex B to the regulations on the Sectoral Group.

The Sectoral Group consists of designated conformity assessment bodies:

  1. LLC JE "TECHNICAL SUPERVISION COMPANY DIEKS";
  2. LLC "NPP ITS AZOVMASHTEST ".

By the decree of SG 536-001/2021- R dated 09.04.2021. the Plan for 2021 was approved for the activities of the Sectoral Group of Designated Conformity Assessment Bodies in accordance with the Technical Regulations for Transportable Pressure Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 04.07.2018 No. 536.
